Please Note, NOXSH DINE and NOXSHDINE refers to the same. "SERVICE/SERVICES" refers to all the services used by CUSTOMER/BUYER AND RESTAURANT OR VISITOR or ANYONE, that are provided on NOXSHDINE website. "YOU" means any visitor, user,buyer,customer or other person who accesses our Platform or Services, whether or not such person registered for an Account, or a person or restaurant that is registered/unregistered with NOXSH DINE to use the Services. "WE", "US," OR "OUR" collectively refers to NOXSHDINE.
We strive to provide utmost attention to our customer needs. Due to the nature of the business, NOXSHDINE hereby adheres to the following cancellation and refund policies.
NOXSHDINE reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for restaurants and services that are listed at an incorrect price or are not available or for whatsoever reasons. This is enforceable irrespective of order confirmation or payment confirmation. In such events if the payment has been processed by NOXSHDINE the amount will be refunded via the same mode of original payment and user will be notified of the same with a reasonable mode of communication. After placing an order NOXSHDINE will not entertain any user request for order cancellations.

Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. Sorry, we cannot cancel/refund if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
Buyer must re-check order before placing.In case of DINEIN order you can ask to the respective restaurant authorities, But whether to cancel or modify order will be the restaurant's discretion only.
Customer may choose to cancel only within acceptance of the booking being placed.
Refund will be possible only in certain circumstances. For E.g. If you pay for an order and for some reason the order is not processed, you can ask us for a refund by email us or can contact the restaurant. NOXSHDINE processes a refund to the original mode of payment chosen by you. If you paid via cash, you will get the refund in your bank account or any other suitable mode or can be the same mode. Refund shall only be considered once the customer produces relevant documents and proof.
Refund may take upto 3-5 business days to get processed.
If the Settlement Day falls on a bank holiday/or a non-business day, the refund shall be processed on the next working day.
